"I ordered a Gucci Men's watch on March 23rd, my sales rep is Amy . I received a text from Paolo several weeks after offering a different model watch for $150 off, which appears to be an attempted at a bait and switch . I then attempted to cancel , both Paolo and Amy refused, I have texts showing my many requests to cancel . Amy shifted back and forth saying cancelation. will result in store credit then turned around saying she can't cancel . .. It is now 5-13, item still has not arrived, item appears lost/stolen .Had Amy and Paolo cancelled as requested , this would not have happened .. I've tried to get a message to owner, Max, was given an email address for which there is no reply "

"Online experience is sub par I've had only 2 guys that I talked to who actually seemed pleasant and happy to help me with what I needed, today not so much I went in the chat to find out when my order would be shipped out that I ordered a week ago online only to come back to the chat to find that he literally told me what I already knew the bracelet is getting cut, but I've seen the size of the factory & what jewelry store would take a week to size a bracelet down an inch anyways lol most do it on the spot for u if you were to take it in within a half hour too an hour, he said its still getting cut after a whole week which isn't even what I asked anyways I asked when will my package be ready and shipped out AND the chat was also closed when I went back to it and read that BS so the dude was gone. Fix your shipping times and some of your online employees. Also I hope they send My stuff out by Monday or Tuesday latest or I'll be filing a fraud investigation with this business and get my Money back that way sh*t even the 10 days waiting for the fraud department too get my money back would be quicker then there shipping time."
