"I have ordered a business licence for MDaemon from the MDaemontools.com website over a year ago. It took a few emails to get the licence key, but the sales rep was hospitable and eager to help.
Now, one year later, I needed to renew and upgrade the licence so I purchased an upgrade key (at $300). I received the order confirmation, the money was withdrawn from my Visa card, but no licence key was received.
All email addresses are no longer working. The phone-number on their website is answered by an anonymous answering machine and even messages sent to the postmaster account are not answered in any way.
