Terrible customer service

"I never placed the order, I changed my mind before I hit "submit", well they charged my card anyways. Their return policy is garbage. When I received the package, I never opened it, had to pay $40 to ship it back then when they reimbursed me, they only gave me a partial refund. Buyers Beware!!"

Dishonest Descriptions of Merchandise

"I ordered an enclosure for our trampoline, and the company verified it would fit. The enclosure didn't even connect to the original poles for our enclosure, it connected to the outside of the legs of our trampoline. In addition, it didn't come with the correct number of poles, ours has 10 and their product only came with 8. After contacting the company, they said I should have enlarged the photo to see it didn't connect like a typical enclosure. I suggested they add this information in their description because the photo is too small to see how it connects. I returned the item to the company, which cost me $164 and they are charging me a 20% restocking fee as well, all for a $350.00 product. Be aware of what you purchase here!"

Could have been a 5 star review

"We recently obtained a used trampoline from a friend. We were looking to replace the safety pad and the pole foam. I was only able to find one 15' round safety pad with 8 pole cutouts and it was for sale at Trampoline Parts and Supply (TP&S). I ordered the pad and 16 pieces of pole foam to cover our 8 poles (2 each). Six days later I received 2 boxes. One contained the safety pad which was very nice and fit perfectly. The other contained 12 NOT 16 pieces of pole foam. I email TP&S explaining that items were missing from the shipment on3 occasions over the next week or so with no reply. I finally opened a case with PayPal once again saying items were missing. TP&S finally replied saying they had never received my emails, that tracking showed the shipment arrived, and that I should email xxxx (the response actually said xxxx) if there are any other concerns or issue. I sent 2 more messages through PayPal saying once again that items were missing and I wanted to know when they would be sending them. No reply. I finally opened a claim at PayPal requesting a partial refund to cover the missing items. TP&S finally responded to PayPal offering a full refund if I shipped everything back, probably realizing I wouldn't do it since I'd end up losing money and be back to square one. This appears to be a completely dishonest company with no customer service. You might get lucky ... the safety pad is great. You might get screwed. If you order from them I would use some intermediary like PayPal just so you have recourse if things go awry. If they would have shipped 16 pieces of pole foam initially, this would have been a 5 star review. ... good selection, reasonable prices, fast shipping. HOWEVER, no customer service and refusal to even respond to issues until I escalated things via PayPal ... buyer beware

Update. Without contacting me TP&S did send more black pole foam pieces. I had already purchased more blue foam from Amazon. I did raise my review from 1 to 3 stars since they did in the end try to resolve my issue. I have tried to contact them to find out where I should return the extra foam. Again, no reply. They do have a good selection and they do ship reasonably fast, but communication/customer service is lacking. I do appreciate that they at least tried to resolve my issue in the end

Find it somewhere else if you can

"I needed 3 replacement poles for our trampoline. After several search attempts on their website I had no luck finding what I needed. So I emailed them with precise information, part number of trampoline etc., and detail of what I needed. I needed 3 angled net poles. So they emailed me a part number link. When I clicked on the link, the image was blurred and the part number of the trampoline I gave wasn't listed. Also the website is so crappy it doesn't give any measurement details, nothing. So, I reluctantly ordered the part. Sure enough, it wasn't what I needed. Apparently the poles come in two parts, not mentioned in any description, and I was shipped the top portion when what I needed was the bottom. I paid $25.00 just for shipping. I called and left a message and was called back a couple days later. I explained the situation. The part number for the trampoline I have is extinct apparently and explains why I couldn't look up anything for my part number. He gave me the correct part number for the pole I needed. When I asked about returns and refunds, I was directed to ship the wrong items back and I would receive a refund for the parts only. So I said, "I paid $25 for the wrong thing to be shipped here and now I have to pay $25 more to ship it back and ANOTHER $25 to ship the correct item????" He said, "yes." THAT'S 75 DOLLARS JUST IN SHIPPING!!! I asked if there was anything he could do on his end to compensate me because the ordering of the wrong part was their fault. He gave me a 10% off code. Crappy web site AND crappy customer service! When I finally got the right parts, they were perfect. I did not return the original shipment via their return process, I took it to UPS and refused it. I was not going to pay another $25. But, as I expected, I still have not received a partial refund nor do I expect to since their customer service values have proven to be non existent up to this point. This just isn't how you do business and expect people to keep coming back. All they had to do was pay for the return shipping and I would have been happy. "

"I received the parts just fine (albeit a lot later than expected). My problem is with the poor quality of their parts. I bought a new trampoline net for my 6 pole 14' trampoline. They stated that it was better and more durable than the factory net, but the zipper became defective within the first month of use, and by the end of that first Winter the net fell off of the main support ring due to really low quality fake leather holding the net. My factory net lasted 3 seasons before dying, and even then it was due to someone swinging a 2x4 into the mesh.

Do NOT buy from this reseller!! They only warranty for 90 days, which is about the life of their products.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. I ordered a new mat, springs, and pad from Trampoline Parts and supply and after 2 weeks I still dont have the mat. I called and after the 3rd time calling finally got a answering service that told me someone would call me back - no call back. I sent an email to request a shipping number (something that they demand) and I have not had a response. I ordered a 1 1/2 inch pad that i paid extra for and only received a 1 inch pad"
