"Placed order for some passenger cars,by mistake and partly due to their web page design I had ordered two n- gauge cars.I emailed the next morning to cancelled the order,they replied they were to busy to find the order to cancel it and gave me authorization to return the unwanted items with a 10% restocking fee.

The order was not shipped from their place for over a week!!!!!"
