AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! $801 deposit this traveling med tech put down on a trailer. It's been over 2 months since ordering and haven't received a completion time or any proof that it's even in production yet they are refusing to refund my deposit without any proof it's actually even getting built. So they either build trailers without approved plans or they feel they can keep the deposit for literally zero work they have put into it. I'll take my $7k elsewhere. Lesson learned. "Recently bought a 5 x 8 cargo trailer with several upgrades. One of the upgrades was to have been radial tires including the spare. When I got it home, I discovered that all three tires were bias ply. I contacted Trailer Showroom and they responded immediately saying that they would refund the up charge. After more than a month, I am still waiting for a check. They will not answer emails or phone calls. It has now become more about customer service than money. Buyer beware! "
