"I ordered Nokia N80 Black color on July 4.
On July 5 I received email from ms.Ada that black color is temporarily out of stock and silver was offered at same price even though it was $20 more. Ms.Ada was very courteous because there was this urgency about receiving the cell phone as I intended to take it to India on our vacation.
My calls were ansewred promptly, tracking numbers were provided and it was all through a wonderful service. Ms.Ada was really superb as I received the cell phone in time.
I read on internet that some people are offering Nokia N80 without delivering. Shop here /you will be satisfied. "
"I was looking at the samsung sgh-p300 as a secondary phone to my treo-700 I carry for work and possibly for the company. After a quick google search, I see that trade1trade has the best price and free shipping. My card is instantly charged when I place the order. Four days later I receive an email stating the the order was cancelled and a refund issued. No reason given. No refund, either. I requset an explanation. I am told that teh shipping address is different that the billing address (a personal card rather than the company card) and again, that a refund has been issued. I check online and confirm via telephone that no refund has been issued. I am giving the merchant one more day to refund the price or I will open a fraud investigation with the back and Visa.
Thsi experience does leave me to recommend this seller."
