They have made great improvements over the years

"I have been almost exclusively using these guys for my pre-order figure needs and for the roughly 2 years everything I've bought has come in undamaged, ahead or even on time when shipped. I've used customer service too on my own mistakes or even just to ask questions and they were down to earth professional and understanding, so what I'm saying is if you used them in the past please give them another shot because as of right now I'm stick with them for my American figure shop needs! Thanks for reading this review I dont do many"

"I did not have a very good experience with Toyslogic. I will not say that it was all bad: for instance, customer service responded to all my emails and questions (and there were a lot of them) in a timely manner. However, the problem is why I had to send so many emails to them in the first place.

I ordered a figure from them and sure enough a package appeared on my doorstep a few days later. However, it turns out that they sent me the wrong product. There was a black version and a crimson version of the figure I ordered, and they sent me the crimson version when I ordered the black. Now, I have never received the wrong product from anyone online before, so that knocks off a point right there. So anyways, I emailed customer service and they tell me they'll send me a packing slip by email so I can return it at no charge to me. However, they forgot to actually email me the packing slip, so five days later I had to remind them (they thought they had already sent it to me and were awaiting a package from me that would never come). So finally they actually send me the slip and I slap it on and send the package back to them.

A week and a half later I check to see if the package made it to them since I had not yet received anything from them. UPS tracking says they received it September 2nd. I would have expected that since I originally ordered it with priority mail shipping they would have sent the replacement with priority mail again, but alas they didn't. I suppose I should be glad the correct product finally arrived on my doorstep September 9th, for it could have been much worse.

All in all, Toyslogic, based on the experience I had with their customer service (basically one guy) seem to mean well, but they are pretty disorganized, which is unacceptable for a business.

"I have been ordering from Toyslogic for at least more than a year now and I have to say I'm not pleased with them. I have found better more reliable services to buy from and I will no longer
continue take my business to them.

But here is my review:

Services: They are okay. Large range of products, reasonable prices and pretty safe for the new buyer. Payment options range from PayPal to credit card to money orders. Deposits are sometimes required but not really expected from customers who has order history with them. You can also pay for your preorders in advance. They also have a customer loyalty program in which you can receive a small discount from them if you frequently buy from them. They also do price matching although only with online retailers based in North America. Occasionally they have sales on merchandise and discounts on services but usually only limited to USA customers. However they are not very reliable as figurines you may have ordered from them may be canceled without warning.

Customer service: Is kind of bad. They often take several days to get back to you if you email them, or you can call them (which you will most likely pay long distance for) and sort things out over the phone. They are pretty disorganized and their ordering system is flawed as they never keep it properly updated. If you order from them, keep track of all your order information yourself. I have had to give them more than once information on orders that they should have kept track of themselves (such as paypal transaction numbers. They tried saying I didn't pay for a preorder once.)

Shipping: No special deals with shipping but they have a fair selection on shipping methods. They often mark their packages as gifts so you shouldn't get hit with customs if you are ordering outside of the USA. Usually pretty quick to send you your order when item/payment is received, however lately it has taken almost a week until they actually send out my package. They do a relatively good job making sure your package won't be damaged. Usually lots of foam peanuts.

Ordering: Ordering can be sometimes a bit complicated and frustrating because as I said, they are very disorganized and do not properly updating your orders. Products usually received a month later after later the Japanese release, but are often delayed for months. They don't allow cancellation on certain products, mostly figures of high price.

Others: The forums are a good resource for information on products and people are generally helpful, but not in the case you wish to fix a problem with your orders.

Overall: Recommended as a last alternative.

"2 months ago, I Emailed to asked if an item was in stock, Never got an response back. So i finally did place a Order for that item, It showed In Stock, Next day i got an email that it's Out of Stock & my order canceled."

"Their items are priced somewhat high, although compared to other domestic resellers it is average. Shipping was very fast, although the cheapest shipping for my order was USPS priority which was around $12, but I had the goods in ~4.5 workdays from the time the order was placed.

Fast shipping and a good selection. Recommended, if you can handle the higher price tag of domestic resellers.
