I have received absolutely no communication from anyone at Toyota of Slidell. NOTE: There is no information on their website regarding the process and policies of returning parts which, had I done my due diligence, I never would have ordered from Toyota directly. This reflects poorly on such a reputable, trusted global brand.

Needless-to-say, buyer beware when ordering parts from Toyota of Slidell; because, there is no service after the sale."
