"Went in for service inspection. That was OK, (I think). I wonder if an inspection was even completed. Windshield washer fluid wasn't topped off, Tire PSI wasn't 36psi as depicted on inspection sheet. Actual was 33 and 32. Seems like the just checked the boxes. Under Shocks and Struts it has a yellow check mark with comment "n" with no explanation anywhere on the paper work I received. Truck has 4800ish Miles.
I wanted to purchase a OEM part and have it installed. They wanted to charge 350+ dollars more for the OEM part that you can purchase from Clermont Toyotas website directly.
Typical deceitful stealership behavior. "
