Appreciate the parts department!

"I brought in a 4-year-old 12V battery for my Prius C that was failing. The parts department took the time to test the battery to confirm it had failed and credited me back the remaining value of the 7 year warranty. They had another in stock and by Prius C is back running again. The parts department staff was very friendly, professional and customer-oriented."
