"I ordered a set of original floor mats for an '02 Avalon, and a trunk mat for the same. Unfortunately the trunk mat was not available and removed from my order, but my total was properly adjusted and I'm glad they sent me what they had. The mats were about $25 cheaper ordering from them versus getting them at my local dealer, and they were competative with other online stores.

I do wish they could have sent me a trunk mat, but I'm still very satisfied with my experience."
