"There was no one at the parts desk despite a full lobby. several red- and black- shirted personnel passed by. Finally one of the two desks was manned. Wait was 20m to pickup parts already ordered. I wanted to buy other parts (they have good prices online) but the rep didn’t seem to know about the 25% discount being offered. Will go with shipping in the future."
