"I ordered 2 rear hatch struts ($68. total) plus a few bits of hardware to install them, which I thought I would need due to Toyota's and this seller's less than clear photos/diagrams about what was included for hardware with the struts I was going to install. In the end I did not need 2 connector bolts ($11.14 total) nor 5 other Toyota bolts ($3.16 total). I went through the RMA process to return these sealed, unopened items but eventually was refused by ToyotaPartsPrime as they were "worth less than $8.00". They do have a stated policy about this on their site, I accept that, but I figured since the return totaled almost $15.00 that I'd get a refund (ret urn shipping on my end would have been $3.00 or less). Just be aware as you order smaller items, maybe you should purchase somewhere else. On the other hand this was still cheaper than my local dealer. So, 3 stars for "somewhat satisfied". The RMA process is rather impersonal but they did respond within 24 hours at each step before I was turned down for a refund."
