I was not actually aware of their policy on electrical components until after I had made the purchase !!!

I was finally able to return the product but had to send many emails to finally get my refund and they charged me a 20 percent restocking fee for an item that I never touched
By the time I was finished the restocking fee and return shipping cost me about $85.00 US
