"THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS!!! AS I READ ONLINE, A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM.

I ordered a Halloween costume and they sent me the wrong one. I emailed back saying so, and they emailed me a return label and told me I would receive a full refund when they get it back. I promptly returned the costume. I emailed them back checking on the status of my return. No response. I called and called, no response. I finally got an UNSIGNED email from some moron manager, now known as TRACY (what a great "MANAGER" to not sign an email).. claiming my costume had been worn, used, dirtied, you name it, and I was denied a refund. I couldn't believe it! I didn't even take the costume out of the bag! I had to fight with them for WEEKS. Luckily, the website I purchased from (rakuten.com) made this right for me, otherwise I would be out money!

This company is the worst and the employees who work there are nothing but useless idiots. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Read the reviews. You will save yourself a WHOLE LOT of aggravation!! Trust me."
