"I ordered a pack of HRO DC Hybrid Trading Cards. The price was for a 29 pack and thought that was what I was buying but no. It's way marked up. I'm cool with the part they got make money but so do i. I expected them to get to me maybe 5/10 business days max. I paid on march 28th and I haven't received my package or an email explaining where it is. I know for a fact they are a very hot item and saw 8 in stock. Now their has been many many shipped after the fact. I can't get that time back.. so unfair they sold my paid for product to someone other than me. Where's my mother effen product? Time is money. "Never order or pre order from this company. They lie to their customers. They charged me for a couple of booster boxes i ordered at a normal price which wasnt even a great price to begin with. I was told that my order will arrive in December 2020. I waited and called and then they said January 2021. So I waited and it was February now. I called and emailed them and finally they responded saying you will get it in May 2021 or longer. This company is a scam. They made me wait so long for my packages and now that item elsewhere costs 3x the price because i waited so long. If they didnt do that to me or were honest from beginning i would have been able to buy it elsewhere for even cheaper than what I bought it with them. Now i am unable to purchase my items anywhere else due to the prices for waiting for them for so long. DO NOT do business with them. TOTAL SCAM! They need to refund extra money for all that they did. When I reported the damaged item, a representative named Danielle told me that they won't exchange my hulk she told that they can give a $5 refund or I can return it and get a full refund...
