"This company is the worst! I ordered my items and followed up with them after 2 weeks of not recieving my order. I was told, after 25 minutes of waiting on hold that because their wearhouse was damaged with a flood, my items are now on back order. I told they guy, no worries I’ll wait for my items. 2 days later I receive an email that my order was canceled. What?!! I proceed to call again and this time it took only 41 minutes to reach a customer service representative. Charli tells me, yes despite what I was told 2 days ago, my items are destroyed and therefore my order was canceled. I asked Charli why is the website not shut down and why are the items that they canceled on me, still available for purchase? She had no answer. She said she will put in a ticket to have the site shut down. This company is full of bologna. DO NOT USE. "
