"Toyglobe are criminals. They charged my credit card real quick for 4 stargate action figures i ordered. In the first few weeks they sent 2 emails stating that one of my items was backordered and i'd receive my order in two weeks. Its now 3 months later and I have received 2 of the cheapest of the 4 items i paid for.
Ive also sent lots of emails asking for an order update or a refund and surprise surprise - no reply.
All ripped off customers should contact their bank to reverse the credit card charge and report the internet fraud to proper authorities. You can report the fraud online. And report your experience on every consumer review / toy collector site.
Be sure to contact the Montreal Canadian police as their contact number is for Montreal and they charge in canadian dollars. Report them to the New York police as their shipping address is in New York. and don't forget to report them to the FBI and everywhere else you can.
Lets get these crooks shut down!!!

"Be carefull their are scammers! You wount receive anything from them. I lost $ 149.70. 5 months have past and nothing has arrived so far. You just cannot contact Toy Globe. It is a shame because I was interested to spend hundreds of dollars more and I would not give them a cent after this bad experience. Worst I am afraid to by from internet now from any site."

"Their website has quite a selection of toys, including some hard to find. Alas, that clouded my judgement and I placed an order of US$ 110,60 in products. After more than 10 business days, I asked my order be canceled, but no replies came. Later I saw they charged me US$ 150,81, complained and, again, no replies. No products ever arrived and there were no refunds. What this so called store did fits with article 171 of the Brazilian Criminal Code. To other potential victims, avoid this website and only buy from reliable stores. It takes some researching and common sense, but such vendors can be found."

"Worst place I have ever bought from on-line.

Purchased several items over a month and half ago. After the transactions were complete, I never received any tracking number as stated in their instructions. I did receive an order # and they indeed withdrew money from me. I even added their email address to my safe list to make I get their emails (before ordering).

a few days passed and I sent an e-mail asking if they could re-send the tracking number.....I didn't get any reply.

Another week later I sent another email asking about it again and also inquiring about if any of the items were causing an issue.....I didn't get any reply.

Since then I've sent an E-mail every week asking the same thing and I have not received ANY response. Their on-line support is more then slow, it's broken.

Will NEVER order from this place again!

"A Scammer warning to all: Do not buy ANYTHING at this site, especially if you are from Europe: They take your money but do NOT deliver. I bought an action doll for a girlfriend of mine (ordernumber supplied by Toyglobe = Toyglobe-270166) but after a month of mailing the package did not arrive.

I mailed them and recieved no reply. now it is serveral months later and I do not have the package nor my money (this was paid via credit card) and Toyglobe keeps silent after serveral polite cancellation and refund mails from me to them.

I searched the web and apparently they do this trick a lot. I have no idea why these guys have not been sued yet as this is FRAUD.

"After I placed my order, I tried to cancel one item the very next day. They sent the whole order anyway. I was also sent something different than what I saw on the website. When they tried to correct it, they sent me the whole order again. I sent them a message to let them know and for them to send a pick up. Never heard from them again.

This is another that does not reply to emails or phone calls. Delivery is another problem, it took them about 2 weeks to ship an in stock item.

"Bought a few collectors items from the store. Arrived marginally late from their 10 days shipping policy. Got it on the 12th day. Emails turn around are 48hrs from when i asked them a question.

Recommended if you have patience and not in a rush for the product.

"Don't be deceived by the low prices. This is a common tactic for shady companies to bait a consumer into parting with their hard earned cash.

Quick to charge to my card very slow to (suspect never) ship. Waited more than 2 months before making 1st contact with them. This is more than sufficient allowance time for any sort of snail/misrouted shipping to get through since I'm shipping out side Canada.

Customer service mailed back to say that order is returned to them. Why wasn't I contacted earlier since I've given out all my contact information. They're just sitting on my money and merchandise earning interest for nothing! Asked me to confirm my mailing address. Its the same I didn't move anywhere in 2 months. Emailed back, waited a week no reply. Sent out a strongly worded email to customer service again.

Got a sarcastic reply that I was threatening the company and they will refund my money. After close to 3 months! Amount spent is US$206.70. God knows they have been earning interest of my money all this time.

Don't buy from them. They will never ship your goods out! Let this be a warning.
