"I was on a limited budget and was searching for the absolute cheapest price on a Remo doumbek head. When I first came across Toy4education's site and saw how cheap the price was for this product ($15.95, as opposed to $25-$30 or more!), I thought that it must be too good to be true. But the deal was too good to pass up so I decided to order 2. The heads came in the mail just a few days later. They were exactly what I wanted and were packaged with care. I can't believe how much more I have been paying for the same drum heads in the past...not to mention that this is the first one I have put on my doumbek that tuned up to a perfect pitch all the way around the collar. I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I will hereforth check the Toy4education site first for similar products - there is no reason to pay more, wait longer, and have limited payment options as with many other vendors. Even the cheapest listing for the same product on eBay was almost $10 more...before shipping! They accept a multitude of payment options including PayPal and have an array of products with an easy to navigate website. This was my first experience purchasing from this company but it will not be my last.

I was invoiced $137 for a "Deluxe fire station" clearly shown and labelled on their website, I called them to confirm it was indeed the deluxe one and not the cheaper $57 one, this was confirmed. I received in the post, the small fire station set, so paid for the deluxe one yet overpaid and received the inferior one. I emailed, the company said that they dont ship the deluxe one to the UK, they also said that it was the deluxe one, but I dont know where they got the deluxe word from, since they have both the deluxe and standard set on their website and the invoice clearly stated the correct product code and the word "Deluxe".

I am getting fobbed off with excuses such as the remaining money of $137-$57 is the postage since they had to pay shipping, taxes etc twice.

I would defitely not recommend this company, I have opened a dispute with Google Checkout. The company has an american address, but all the staff are Indian.

Now, although I have emails to prove it with the wording "Deluxe fire station" on invoices, they are asking where i saw this text, and are denying any email i am sending them."
