"On 2/3/2020, I requested a 100% full refund due to the product (Black bath robes) advertised In their website was not the product I received in hand. I purchased those robes based on the picture displayed on their website. The robe of the material looks suede, thick and Plush on the model. Sadly, the product received was not plush or thick in material- in fact, the fabric was thin and did not match the product advertised on their website. Due to this, I requested a full refund. the representatives I requested this to stated their refund policy can grant a refund but has to deduct 15% restocking fee. I advised this restocking fee doesn't apply to my scenario because the product they advertised was not the same Product received. I recommended to take the photo down of the model because it is misleading. I have returned their bath robes back to them and they have not granted me a full refund. If I would've known what the product truly looked like, I would have never purchase these bath robes. I have reported this company and they refuse to grant full refund. I caution everyone, do not buy from this company- Towel Hub, they are using false tactics."
"I can't believe that you need to send multiple identity, address and payment verifications in order to make the order. We buy so much for our business and decided to buy from them by seeing multiple reviews and not from Amazon. What a failure. Without providing any help they cancelled the order. People, just order from Amazon and save yourself a trouble plus you will get free shipping and can return if you don't like the product! "Well - They are towels. But they are pretty flimsy and I'm almost embarrassed to use them in my airBnb rental apartment.
Now that I look at the return policy it says I have to report my dissatisfaction with 48 hours an then still pay for return shipping.
Maybe I'll use them as rags... expensive rags.
Do yourself a favor and stick with Amazon as returns are easy and free."
"I ordered grey towels for my salon and washed them immediately after opening. The freshly washed, unused towels had stains on them. Bleach has never been used in my washing machine or dryer. After contacting customer service and providing photos of the towels it took a week for them to review the condition of the towels to ultimately say NO to a refund and NO to replace the damaged towels I had never used. Highly advise using any other towel provider "
"I own a health club and we provide members with towels. I ordered grey towel, however, they arrived dirty white. I own white towels that have been used for years that looked better than these things. After several emails they finally agreed to accept part of the order back. They were unwilling to take the other half because an employee had already washed them. "
