Excellent quality pre-owned and exceptional customer service

"I recently purchased my first pre-owned Breitling (Galactic 41 - model A49350). I contacted several different sellers via Chrono24.com, tried Crown & Caliber, looked at Jomashop, etc. I assumed that Tourneau would be the most expensive given their reputation, but with a promotion they were running, their price ended up being very competitive with other sellers.

I am so pleased that I was able to find the watch I wanted through Tourneau. Here's why:

- High level of trust in terms of authenticity of product
- Excellent quality photos of product
- Expert cleaning and restoration
- Exceptional customer service -- very professional, knowledgeable and courteous

Would absolutely purchase from Tourneau again!

Great Sales Person at Tourneau at The Shops at Wailea Hawaii

"So in September 2018 my family and I traveled to Wailea Hawaii and I came across a Tourneau store. I made two purchases, one Rolex and one Patek watch and that's when I met the sales person, Ryan Nakamura. He is probably the best sales person I've ever meet in my entire life. He was so honest, courteous and helpful the first time we met. He is knowledgeable, has so much integrity, comes through on his word and truly a great guy all around. He makes the buying process of my watches ten times more enjoyable, exciting and pleasant. After every purchase I look forward to my next purchase with him. He is truly one of a kind and a great friend!"

SOLD ME A FAKE PRE OWNED ROLEX, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

"I purchased A Pre owned Rolex Submariner from Tourneau on February 5th 2019, I recently found out it is not authentic (fake) from the Rolex service center, I went to Tourneau and explained it to the Assistant Store director Katherine Prior, she was not complying & rude about the situation. This incident is still on going & will have more information soon but I truly recommend not to buy anything from any Tourneau. Especially because they sold A Fake Rolex watch & they know it. Their just trying to save some face.
The truth of the matter is this place should be closed.

"I serviced a $10k IWC perpetual calendar watch 2 1/2 yrs ago. They were unresponsive and got it done after 6 months. I had to get the watch "fixed" 3 months ago. Again same service. Their staff couldn't care less about customer experience. All the people I dealt with 2 years ago are gone. I wouldn't buy a watch from them even if they paid me. If you are looking to buy or service a high end watch go somewhere else."

"I purchased a $400.00 watch from this merchant that was not working when I received it. When I called them I was told that the battery was probably dead since it was "old" stock. They also said that a new battery should have been installed since it had been requested when it went through quality control. They offered to replace the battery for free if I drove to their local store located 30 miles away from my house. I agreed and drove to their store only to find out that the tech person was out for the afternoon. I was told that I could leave the watch or come back later. I declined and decided to go to a local jeweler located by my house since it would be cheaper than wasting gas driving back to their store. By this time I was pretty mad since new watches are supposed to come with new batteries. So I called the sales lady that sold me the watch online and told her how dissapointed I was by their business practices. She apologized and said that she would have the sales supervisor call me back. Meanwhile I called their corporate office to speak to their consumer relations representative. He also apologized and said that I would be reimbursed for the cost of having the battery replaced at my local jeweler. A few minutes later I get a call back from the sales lady who said that the battery was replaced and that the watch is defective so they have removed all of them from their catalog. Now this is a watch that has been discontinued and is virtually impossible to find online or in stores. She says that I can send the watch back for a refund or have it serviced which will take 6 to 8 weeks. I told her that was not possible since I bought the watch as a X-Mas present for my wife. When I told her that I would go ahead and have the battery replaced to make sure the battery was not the problem, she said that doing so would void the warranty and they would not take it back. Great, they sell me a watch thats not working and when I attempt to resolve the problem for them they say I cannot return it.

So I decided to go to my jeweler anyway since new watches don't break like that. The jeweler changed the battery out and the watch worked perfectly. So I told the jeweler about Tourneau allegedly changing the battery out and he said that it was not possible because it was an old battery that was dead. When I got home I got a call from the sales supervisor who told me how the watch was obviously broken since he had spoken to quality control who guaranteed him that the battery had been replaced. When I asked him why quality control had not noticed the watch not working before it was shipped, he actually said that they don't look at watches to see if they are working before they are shipped to the customer. Wow, a merchant who has a quality control department that doesn't really do quality control. Now that is great quality control!! That is when I told him about having the battery replaced by my local jeweler and watch working perfectly. He didn't say a word for about 5 seconds before he started spouting off about how he was glad I got the watch working. When I suggested that he should look into quality control at his company because it was obvious that someone had lied to him, he said that he did not have a problem with quality control and that what happened to me had never happened before. When I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of having the battery replaced, he said that he knew the consumer relations representative and I would never have been told that I would be reimbursed for having the battery replaced. I told him that the problem with the company was people like him who didnt care and was liars and that I would never do business with this merchant again. So in the end I got the watch I wanted, but I ended up spending an additional $30.00 and was lied to by this merchant throughout the entire sales process. I hope you have a better experience if you decide to do business with this crooked company. I sure won't.
