"Definitely not the nicest people to do business with, take your money elsewhere!
They were having a "sale" (regularly their prices are astronomical), placed my order & got order confirmation in minutes.
Credit card got charged after 2 weeks. After 3 weeks order had not shipped yet, called in and got the response that "if your card has NOT been charged yet your order is canceled". Called in and their sales department said "we're doing phone orders, online orders are handled separately". My emails never got replied to.
Had to call my CC company to prevent them screwing me over.
WORST BUSINESS i've ever had to try dealing with. Period!

"What can be said about Bizco. I can't complain too much since I finally got my $400 Toughbook after about a month of uncertainty. I've also never placed an order and then had to reply to a strange "agreement" email stating I agree to the terms of the sale which were already evident when I placed my order on the Tough Online site. By far this was the strangest and potentially shadiest business transaction I have ever been a part of (and I order from those direct-from-china-sites).

This place was definitely not equipped to handle a large quantity of small orders but I think most of us knew that going in. Still, that is a rather lame excuse as Bizco could have killed the coupon or cut off taking orders but they chose not to; instead they chose to oversell and overwork themselves. I don't agree with the practice of having a limited supply and fulfilling later orders before earlier ones. That is the exact opposite of the principles of fairness and equality this country is supposed to represent.

I am unsure how to to rate Bizco. Sure, this toughbook was dirt cheap but overall the prices here are no better than any where else, maybe worse.
