"Extremely pleased by the selection and pricing for lighting solutions. Ordered Black Cross Arm & Balls as a replacement for an existing Pole Lamp, (2) 300W Heavy Duty Touch Dimmers (although the more common Westek brand) and a CFL Touch Dimmer. Arrived in good condition and installed one of the 300W dimmers immediately. Then the problems began. The dimmer failed within 1 day, called Touch & Glow, left a message and no response. Emailed a message and no response. Called and emailed once again and no response. Despite a Customer Service link, they apparently do not have a Customer Service Department and/or do not care about follow on customer service. "
