"TW's products are great... their customer service and information provided on the website are not. First order I purchased the tornado and clearomizers. Highly recommend the Tornado as the battery lasts me days. I don't vap constantly, but if I had to guess I'd say at least 6 hrs of actual vaping before charge is needed. Would not recommend the Clearomizers. They burn hotter and leak if you don't keep them upright.

My issue is with their rude customer service when I called, uninformative website that does not explain compatibility and lists incorrect accessories under accessory links, NO RETURNS accepted even when issue is due to their misrepresentation of products, and INCREDIBLY SLOW SHIPPING IF PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS.

If you're just buying one or 2 things like I did my first time, they send by USPS priority mail and you'll receive it fast. I placed my second order a few days ago (which I shouldn't have due to the terrible CS I received first time around) and I bought 3 different kits to give as gifts to my friends this weekend thinking I knew how long shipping would be because of my first order. They sent by UPS ground instead and is not due to arrive for weeks. Seriously? And I can't call for resolution since they'll just talk to me like s*** again. I do not recommend TW at all, you can get the same product elsewhere and not deal with all the issues I experienced."
