"Finally a store that understands customer service. I've been avoiding Amazon and Ebay because I think these giant companies are squeezing mom and pops out of the market.

Needing a case for my wife's iPhone 5, I stumbled upon Totallycellphones.com and have never seen so many cases in PINK.

Purchased three for under $25....

Fast shipping, great customer service. Enough said.

"I got an Otterbox defender case for my iPhone and it did not fit the verizon. They shipped a NEW Defender case to me next day and the customer service was AWESOME. I realize I made the mistake by not stating what iPhone carrier (Verizon) model I had and they still took care of me. Great customer service, Great products."

"i ordered a skin for my cellphone to change the color. it cost 9.95 with 2.99 shipping at total of $12.94. after i used it for just one day the black paint started peeling and coming off. i called customer service and explained the problem. the customer service person said since i had used the item there is nothing they could do as i was the one who damaged the item. i explained that i carried my last phone for 3 years and there were no scratches. i reminded her of totally cellphone's 100% satisfaction guarantee. nothing happened. poor quality and poor customer service."
