I was confused on whether I should purchase a vent-free or vented heater. I decided to call. They were very helpful and courteous. "I have ordered twice from this company now. I ordered a Kamado Joe grill which is very expensive and a real shipping challenge weighing in at over 200lbs.(FedEx does not ship this kind of weight).
