"I am interested in a pair of couple rings and wondering if they have the sizes I need. Ended up the online help personnel gave me the dimensions (thickness x width)of the rings as the size, and only 1 size for all! What the heck?! It doesn't even make sense. Then this person put me on hold for minutes, at the end this peron gave me the dimensions AGAIN as the answer!!!! The worst part is, this person "hung up" on me - ended the online chat before I finished "talking"!!!! WHAT A GREAT HELP!!!!! THE WORST ONLINE HELP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!"
