"Sorry to write negative review but people should know to avoid this site and the company should know they need to improve. Shipment info and timing was a mess. Very confusing. No logic. When I contacted them about an exchange (b/c color of item was not shipped as shown on site) I got a run around for days and promises of phone calls. Even on the same phone call I got five different answers. Again, it was again, a mess, no logic. Based on my last call and the previous review and the DHL Global shipping (just noticed this) I am realizing this company is not even in the U.S. Which is fine if you are aware but that is not the way they are presenting themselves AND now that I think about it, I noticed that one of the products has a different packaging. Is the item authentically from the brand I think it is???? "

"Awful website. Shipping says 3-4 priority mail, didnt receive my package for 10 days! When i called the man(from India of course) says, oh no the 3-4 days refers to how long it takes for us to send it, and its not actually priority mail, it just says priority mail WHAT?! Do not order from these idiots"
