"I ordered two in-stock items on 6/11/2020. My credit card was charged for these items on 6/12/2020. Today is 8/14/2020 and I have not received my items, nor responses to multiple emails. It's probably my fault for waiting so long. But I figured that with the pandemic, there may be a much longer lag time due to supply issues. But that doesn't explain why I'm not getting responses to emails. I'd really like my products, but that doesn't look like it will happen. Since I'm unlikely to get a refund, I will have to dispute my credit card charge. Unless you have money that you don't need anymore, I would not recommend buying from this seller.

"The item was listed as being designed for my specific laptop, but they sent me a "universal charger" with a bunch of different adapters. NONE of them fit my laptop. It was over $50 but i thought this would be a good deal with the lifetime warranty, but after having to pay around $15 for return shipping when IT WAS THEIR FAULT really rubbed me the wrong way. No apologies, no "we can send you the correct one," just a return address for refund and thats it. I would highly recommend against using this company. the warranty is great, the customer service is horrid. This was a while back, when i was in college, but i never left a review. when i was cleaning out the old email address today i got reminded of the frustration this caused me at the time."

"They claim a lifetime warranty on chargers and a 24 hour turnaround on any contact, but my charger has failed and I've been trying to contact them for days now. I can't get any response from their contact page and there doesn't seem to be a working phone number for them anywhere."
