The meals are flash frozen -- frozen quickly so the liquid content doesn't have time to make sharp crystals that change the texture of the foods. Then immediately shipped to desired location. The meals are easily reheated with by microwave or conventional oven.

I find Top Chef Meals customer service ready to answer any question and provide the desired outcome as can be within the processes. The selections are made easier by the way the meals are grouped, low fat, low salt, allergies, etc. I found no other meal delivery service which offers such variety. The only cons I have are that the meals still seem high in salt and though extra protein selection is provided, extra vegetable is not."
