"I agree with the other two reviewers that stated they will never do business with this company again. Not only does this company have outrageous shipping fees but I have yet to receive any indication that my order was shipped after almost two weeks from purchase. I've got no order tracking number, they do not reply to email requests for status, and there's no telephone number to contact them. I wish I would have known to check with this site before ordering from them. "

"I placed this order for a vanity light fixture on 8/1/08. I received e-mail from them with an order # within minutes, then nothing else since. I have sent 3 follow-up e-mails to them asking for status and have had no replies, NOTHING! There appears to be no other way to contact them except to send e-mails. I've purchased dozens of products on line from a variety of other vendors and never had an experience or lack of communication anywhere near this bad. Regardless of how this experience concludes, I will NEVER consider dealing with this company again. TOOLSZONE, I hope you get a copy of this!"
