My order was shipped right away and arrived in a timely manner. The only thing I can suggest as an improvement is shipping confirmation. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation or tracking number. I was getting worried several days after my order was placed because I never received any shipping notice. I had thought my order was being held for some reason until I found a way to track order numbers on the website.
