"I ordered a motorcycle lift #otc 1545 on 2-24-2010 from tool surge.They e-mailed me back with a confirmation very quickly and processed my order promptly.When they checked stock they found the only lift they had left had carton damage.I kept the lift on back-order with them for 2 weeks.When I called they investigated and found it would be another 3 weeks minimum before the would get it from the distributor,so I cancelled the order.I was pleased with their responce time and customer service,although I never recieved the item from them they were prompt and curtious. Their price was the best I had found.I ended up purchaseing it on E-bay but had to pay tax and shipping. "
