"My workhorse laser printer finally needed a new toner cartridge. Web search listed Toner Refill Kits and after reading their business story on their website, I ordered. My toner soon came with a tiny package of Printer Assembly Chocolate enclosed.

"I've been working with these guys for over 20 years - Since my HP 3 days. I have NEVER been disappointed. Sure, there have been a few hiccups, but they have always stepped to the plate and fixed the issue.
I found this a great way to save money - last year I needed a new printer and forgot to check if the carts were refillable - OOOOPS that was a mistake. I'm at the mercy of the manufacturer for those carts. Next time I will be more careful and check TonerRefillKits.com before purchase to be sure I can refill my own!

"Purchased a Brother toner refill kit. Followed well written instructions and refilled a "starter" toner cartridge. Cartridge worked but had some issues. I contacted customer support via email detailing my problem and received immediate response from Oscar Sandoval. Since I live not far from their Tavares, FL location, Oscar suggested I bring him the cartridge and he would check it out. Oscar discovered that a small part was missing that I had probably not notice when I replaced an end cover. He replaced my part with one from a broken cartridge and afterwards the cartridge checked out just fine. When I got home, sure enough, there was the small plastic part in the bottom of my wastebasket that had been beneath my work table. The refill kit I used makes the "starter" cartridge equivalent to a high yield cartridge at about 1/4 the cost of buying a new cartridge! Now I no longer have the concern I did, about limiting my printing in order to avoid frequent purchases of expensive OEM toner cartridges! I am a happy satisfied customer!"

"I bought my refills for my Brother HL-3070CW color laser printer 2 years ago. I don't use it much, but they came with "starter" cartridges so I bought them after getting my printer (I like having spares on hand). Anyway, I've since recently replaced the black and yellow toner and each time, the printer recognized the refills and printouts were just as good as the original toner.
