"I ordered two ink cartridges and paid with a credit card. They charged my credit card, but then a man claiming to be the owner called me the next day to cancel the order. They have not refunded the purchase price to the credit card or sent me the ink cartridges. It has been 27 days since the order was confirmed. I have sent several emails requesting written confirmation of the cancelled order, and refund of my purchase price, and have received no response. I have filed an official complaint with my credit card company."
"I ordered a four pack for a Canon laser printer. Magenta dropped dust from the beginning with poor color in printing. Tonergreen was willing to replace the Magenta cartridge for fee. After only 6 months, Black was printing in gray. The black color was so light, our flight boarding passes were rejected at the airport because the scanner was unable to read the ink. I didn't feel it was worth my time and effort to contact Tonergreen about the black cartridge. Time to cut my loss. If I had to pay to replace, I will just give my business to another company that will stand behind their product. I do NOT recommend Tonergreen to anyone! I will never order from Tonergreen again. "

"AVOID THIS COMPANY
- They are not "green" they simply fill toner cartridges. The illusions to being green are a scam.
- They claim to thoroughly test everything they sell, but both toner cartridges I ordered failed upon delivery (you'd think they would have checked the 2nd one.)
- It is 21 day since they got both failed cartridges back and my refund has still not been processed. Yet my orders were processed in seconds.
- Instead of sending me a replacement cartridge, they forced me to order a second one.
AVOID THIS BUNCH!!!"
