I noticed that there is no "Buyer Protection" here, Customer Service has not been responded for almost two months despite my emails. When purchasing in this store, you should know that the product descriptions and reviews may be false or untrue. You buy in this store like a lottery, receive goods or lose money.

"I had purchased a Brand New TomTom Start 25 and it kept restarting automatically after two months. I frequently called their customer support for a solution but nobody could solve my problem. They replaced my GPS with a GO 2505 and at that time I told them that I would pay them more but they would have to give me a better GPS model. I was told that I am only eligible to get the GO 2505 and I have been calling customer support and talking to the supervisor ever since because there is always a problem with my GO 2505.
The first problem was that I could not update my GPS maps. Then, I frequently had problems with my GPS's Signal. It couldn't find any signal for several minutes. Before Nov 20, 2014, after I updated my maps, I had a problem where my device kept freezing in the middle of navigations. I called TomTom Support (again) and they told me that the product was manufactured 4 years ago and that the screen is now old and my device is out of warranty so my TomTom would be not functional in about 1 1/2 years according to their supervisor. They also mentioned that my freezing issue "might" be solved after the next update (again) in the next three months.
The supervisor even offered me a 20% discount voucher on a new TomTom product.
Before purchasing from this company (which is not recommended), ask the salesperson when the device was manufactured. According to the Customer Service Supervisor, 3-4 years after the product is manufactured, the screen of the device will start malfunctioning.
