"I purchased a Pilot Timeline Gel Pen in December 2016 and started using it in February 2017 and noticed the lower end tip of the barrel was moving as I wrote. I tried to make sure the lower barrel is properly snug with the upper barrel. Nevertheless, the lower tip and ink cartridge would keep moving. I therefore contacted Kimberly at Tokyo Pen Shop by e-mail notifying her of the problems, however, she replied with, can you send me photos? Acting as if she didn't know what I was talking about. This indicates, a person who sells these and other types of pens, does not want to help resolve the problem. I therefore, contacted Pilot Pens US via e-mail, and they required me to ship it to them, at my cost, just under $7.00, for repairs. After 2 weeks past, I again contacted Pilot Pens US and they stated the lower barrel was replaced to correct the problem. Furthermore, Pilot Pens US send the pen back via UPS at no additional costs to me, plus they included an additional refill at no charge. Therefore, I recommend to look elsewhere to make your executive Pilot pen purchases due to the Lack of service. "
