"I wish I read reviews about this seller before I ordered. UNBELIEVABLE! I spent nearly $1,500 on an initial order for 22 different model cell phones for my business and I received cell phones that were pure junk. I understand receiving maybe one bad phone but nearly every device had some type of issue! It was extremely embarrassing for my business when a customer wants to buy a cell phone and phone after phone has a problem. I lost a lot of customers because of todayscloseout. I should have disputed the order off my credit card and returned all the junk they sent me! Some phones wouldn't hold a charge even with a new battery, some phones would randomly shut off for no reason, some never turned on, some wouldn't get any signal, some wouldn't read the sim card. It was insane! I don't know how they can have such a high number of defective phones! They must be refurbishing water damage phones or something. Not only were the devices defective but they shorted my order by 2 cell phones. When I called them after taking inventory they didn't answer my call or return my voicemail. I sent an email four days later and they finally replied and said those devices were out of stock and there was already a "credit" in my account for the two devices....you would think they would let me know about this "credit" or give me some type of heads up about the out-of-stock units. It just seemed like they were hoping I wouldn't notice the missing phones. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND REPUTATION - FIND A REPUTABLE SELLER!"

After talking to some guy, stating that such fees are illegal thru Visa/Mastercard rules; he gave me a explanation that they passed a "big law 6 months ago" that allowed for such fees. I went on to ask his name/company etc and he told me to "go f**k myself"

They sell foreign phones advertised as American phones falsely, they are unlocked, but no one at the company knows how to make them work, they do NOT provide any service in any way, they do not have any guarantees. they advertise them, but dont honor them. the refubished phones die within 30 days, they are not worth purchasing..the company seems to like lawsuits..customer service is like playing keep away, they do not return call and email questions are not addressed, many responses are rude and do not pertain to the questions asked. their payment process is antiquated and double charges are regular. the whole organization seems like an unprofessional con and they will stick it to anyone who buys anything from them.
When you do get a chance to talk to a service rep, he will continue to tell you that these phones need certain programming and when you ask about the programming, you never get an answer, or they hang up, they dont have a clue, they are just pawning off phones as fast as they can, and screwing everyone as fast as possible.
