"I ordered a monogram bag from Tuckernuck on December 14, 2014. The bag was on the expensive side ($100), and I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It has yet to arrive (as of 1/17/14), so I went on the website yesterday to track my order, and it has not even been processed yet. On my order confirmation email, it promised to get here in time for Christmas. That is horrible service in the first place. Then I called their customer service number listed on the website and asked for a refund, which shouldn't be a problem considering the bag hasn't even been processed yet. The woman on the line was very rude to me and refused a refund or any consolation at all for this awful shopping experience. I, for one, will never shop on tnuck.com ever again, and do not recommend it to anyone. As for the product, I can't comment on the quality because I probably will never receive it. Sorry for the rant. Shop somewhere else. "
