"TITLUS.COM - TITLUS P/L (claimed to be wholesalers of camera equipments)
Hello Everyone,
Please never ever buy anything from this seller, this is real fraud seller sells old items in the price of new and even higher, and do will eat up your freebies they promises. I ordered a canon EOS 60D and Sigma Lens with 2 years India Warranty. They sent me shipment from the US vendor adorama.com claimed as there US store. and I had to pay 17K duly on it, when I asked they put it on me and said you ordered it from US only, though it is no where Clearly written in the cart that this product ships from US, they modify their website web page to prove you wrong, and put condition like it feels that you made mistakes only. I tested and put another order as per the difference they show me and I find the same footer attached to that order too.
This is the Footer of the order I made, which they claim that this is beinged shipped from US.
All deliveries within the borders of a country are subject to sales tax in all states and Octroi in a few states. Product ships from the USA. The couriers will notify you whether you have to pay Sales, Customs and/or Octroi charges before taking custody of the shipment. Shipments may also be subject to Customs & Import Duties which have to be borne by the Buyer. Titlus P/L cannot estimate such charges and the Buyer should consult local authorities to understand his or her liability as far as government charges are concerned. Returns and Refunds of an order will not be accepted under any circumstances for failure of Buyer to pay Sales, Customs, Octroi or Import Duty charges. All disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction”.


This is the 2nd order I made to test to check if whatever they are saying is right. When I got the ordered invoice I found that they have the same content in both orders which by showing they proved that I ordered camera from US.

They send me old used lens. Lucky I Adorama only buy good quality lens and it is with their 90 days warranty and working fine as of now. As per my invoice this items were orders by someone THOMAS VARGAES with Credit card no# 7006.
They trap people by first taking 30% order amount and then ask us to pay in full, later on declaring that your EMI request unsuccessful from Bajaj finance. Once they get full payment. They send old product and don’t ship freebies and warranty they promise.
So friends please don’t ever trust this seller, you will end up paying more for a faulty or an old product which has no warranty.
When we wrote a review about this seller they sent an email as below and denied to send my warranty for Sigma and Canon Camera.
Dear Sir:

Kindly note that we haven't opened any case for your complaint and will not proceed further till there is Consumer Court involved as per your complaint made by you at your own free will.
You are advised to seek the necessary solution from the online portals for your complaint.

We will only proceed further once the online Consumer Court provides a feasible and practical solution. Kindly inform us only after you have received any solution from them and the same is submitted to us in writing.

I am looking forward to go to consumer court so that this cheating seller could be banned and other fellow friends could be saved from the fraud they are doing.
Can anybody please suggest me from where to start as this seller is based in Mumbai, and I really don’t wanna sit idle and let this seller cheat other innocent people,

"Have made an order for CanonIXUS220 through their website, and made money transfer the same day, now it's the second week, I am still waiting for the shipment. Called the number 6 days ago and was told that the item was shipped."

"This is to let anyone to be cautious while buying anything from www.titlus.com. I had a bad experience with them ordering a Nikon D7000 kit. They delivered me an old body (shutter count), slightly damaged lens which is not a genuine one (as confirmed by nikon support). The sole reason was 12 months EMI, which turned out to be the trap, and had to pay full amount.

Their payment option was, 30% down payment and rest as emi. Once you pay, they will reply after some time saying Bajaj rejected your loan, and according to titlus rules, you must pay full amount to get the product, until then the 30% is forfeited. There is no proof for this. They wont sent any docs from Bajaj or wont forward any emails from them.

Then the product. An unsealed box, the body was 9 shots old. lens is slightly damaged, and not the one that is supposed to be in the box. i.e the lens serial number on the box and on the lens is different. No warranty card for lens, missing freebies (4gb sd card + dslr bag), no mention of any product number on invoice and mismatching lens as mentioned on invoice.

The outer cover of courier was intact, hence i signed the courier docket. When informed about these problem to their customer care, they kept on reciting they sent only sealed boxes. and no one sign the courier docket if the mentioned problems were there. I don't know in which world courier person will take responsibility for the contained item. They have done their job, they delivered me a package intact and sturdy. But the Nikon box inside was not in same condition. And its not the problem of courier people. More over, the courier person called me to a junction near to my house to deliver the product. He didn't even ask for any id proof. I was lucky enough, that nobody else, just walked to him signed and took the product. That is how I got my package.

After continuously bugging them they asked me to provide evidence as photos. It took 5 days for me to make them ask this. I send these(http://www.mediafire.com/?sentuo551mik8). They said, the product images clearly shows a sealed box.Please check the images and decide yourself.

They never said about a word about their invoice or any thing other than the seal. That too they just kept on claiming, never they tried to substantiate.They even said, the photos were taken using the same camera i sent them. If they had checked the properties of the file, it would have said them, its a panasonic camera. Also little commonsense, would have told them, you cant take photo of the camera and lens using the same camera.
