"ordered a ballast box for tractor and it arrived with both lower arms bent making it unusable contacted Scott at titan and sent him pictures and he said he would take care of it BUT I have heard nothing from anyone at titan, I will wait a little bit longer then contact BBB and go from there buyer beware"
