"It appears obvious that Titan Peak does not actually sell audio equipment. They continuously advertise, but apparently never deliver the product when purchased. My question is, what really is the scam? Is it to keep your money for the 4 weeks it takes them to return it? Will your credit card information eventually be used illegally? The feigned sincerity in their responses is nauseating. This is definitely a scam, but what kind, I am not sure. I recommend that one should only order from Titan Peak if one desires the experience of changing their credit card number."
"I placed and order with Titan Peak on 6/26. I received an automatic message that my order could not be processed. After emailing them via the Contact Us page on their web site, I received an email staying that I had a different shipping address (my work) vs. billing address (my home). After replying to them asking if they can ship to my billing address, I heard nothing. I called, emailed and still have not received a response. I contacted the Better Business Bureau too. I wonder if this is a scam to collect credit card information. In any case, Titan Peak is a classic example of if it is too good to be true, it probably is. And Buyer Beware. I'm going to stick with Amazon. The cost savings I thought Titan Peak had is not worth the aggravation. "
"Titan Peak customer support is non-existence. I called them, no one answered. I left a message, no one replied. I sent them an email, there was no response. Finally I called Audio Technica to check if the headphones they carried were authentic, Audio Technica told me that they were counterfeits. "

"I ordered a pair of Audio Technica ath- m50 headphones and they told me that they were out of stock and would be availble on Thursday of last week (they still haven't gotten them). The Email they sent me self destructed and now I don't have a receipt anymore. They then said their payment system was offline. They asked me if I wanted to order AGAIN and I was pretty confused since I already ordered them AND waited for them to be in stock. the headphones were suppose to be here by now but I never got a UPS tracking number nor did Titan peak answer my calls. am I being scammed?"
"Same experience. They even called back to confirm color and shipment. Then two days later order cancelled and can't reach them about getting refund. Weird scam because I'm gonna just put fraud alert on my account for them so I don't understand why they do this. SCAM site! You can never et a real person on phone, everyone has a cell phone so therefor should b e reachable. Do not buy!!!"
"Terrible! Bought a set of headphones - never received but was billed. I called, they apologized and refunded my order. I gave them a second chance and bought another (more expensive) set - just got an email saying - "sorry, your order has been refunded" because of stock issues. Sorry, but no more chances. I ordered this for a flight but now I will not have the headphones in time. I was given no explanation for the cancelation just like the rest of the terrible reviews of this company. I placed my order 5/16/11 midnight, the transaction was pending through my bank account, and 8 hours later they canceled it with NO EXPLANATION. I received a lousy email that says "Your order has been canceled... please do not reply."
I gave them a call to their automated customer service, left a message - no reply. I emailed them asking what happened - no reply. After they canceled my order, the item went from "out of stock" to "Add to cart - 1 available." This site is just a total scam, STAY AWAY"
"If you don't want to get scammed, do NOT buy from TitanPeak. Everything is automated, including the customer service. It has been 14 days and I have not received my BeatsbyDre tour in ear headphones. I talked to the customer service rep, said he would get back to me as to when it would come, and never did,and henceforth, I am not able to get a refund.Someone please help me."
"Titan Peak has given me a very bad first impression. Their website looks very DIY which made me hesitant to begin with. Next, there's only 10 reviews online for this company, of which are all perfect reviews. Not saying it's impossible, but it's very unlikely you will only have 10 reviews, and even more unlikely to be perfect 5/5 stars everytime. The reason I had a bad experience is because I placed an order for Beats by Dre Pro headphones, paid by credit card, and received an email stating my order has been placed. 2 hours later I received another stating it was cancelled, with no explanation. I believe they may have just phished my credit card information. I have called and emailed Titan Peak and have yet to hear back. If they clear up their mistake and get me my product, I will re-evaluate this review. Until then, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
