"If you are in a good place in life do yourself a favor and don't do business with these incompetent amateurs. Ordered tires, not shipped, called customer service who promised a call back before noon. Nobody called back so I did and the customer service offered no solution to fill my paid for order, only excuses. I have had issues with them before but enough time had passed that I forgot and made the same mistake again. Last 3 out of 4 orders were screwed up, won't make this mistake again. "

We have a rather small team, and while we try to get back to everyone as soon as possible, there are a lot of moving parts that affect shipment and order fulfilment. We were unable to contact you by noon, because we were still waiting on a resolution from a different team from the initial request that morning.
For further clarification, we provide delivery estimations on our website for your convenience, however, these are not delivery guarantees! We try to ship orders out the following business day, but we do state on our website FAQ that orders may have a 24-48 hour processing time.
