"I ordered tires for my truck as they were the last four they had in stock. The company allowed me to select a different shipping address than my billing address, but four days after placing the order they cancelled it since they refuse to deliver it to a house that's different than the billing address. I just moved and haven't gotten everything switched over, but why does it matter to them if my billing address doesn't match? They are still getting paid and they aren't my bank. I'll never buy tires from them again."

"Tried to order 4 tires from this company, but the transaction never went through properly. So I called and they told me they didn't have all the tires in stock... but would call me back to let me know when and if they could get them in. No one ever called me back, and today I find that my online account has now been completely disabled. One of the tires is no longer listed on the website, and the other one has now been marked up over $30 a tire.
At this point, something starts to seem shady about this place.... so I called the manufacturer directly about the tires I need to order and they were more than helpful at finding a reputable dealer to do business with. Buyer beware of Tiresdirect.net"
"I'm a Gen Xer who doesn't like to order stuff on line, especially big purchases. I needed new tires for my Toyota Tundra and got some quotes from $1500- $1700 for a set of Toyo Open Country RTs (285/75 18)... more than I wanted to spend, so I googled the tires and tires direct came up.
I ordered my tires on a Sunday for $1185 (included was a $50 instant rebate). The shipping was FREE..I received a comfirmation email on my purchase ( not always a given these days). The next day I received an email telling me that part of the ordered was delayed ( was expecting 2 weeks now- but I was glad communication was important to them)...so I get another email- tracking numbers for my order..tires were delivered on Friday (5 days after order) and the remaining tire the next day (Saturday)... I was super impressed how fast and easy this was..
Costco mounted and balanced them for $60 total (included tire disposal and nitrogen -wow)
Such an amazing experience it makes me want to do more upgrades to my truck.
