"I placed an order for a stroller and matching car seat on 2/28/07 an both items were listed as in-stock at the time of purchase. We were then told that the stroller had been backordered and it would be 2 weeks until the item would ship. 2 weeks later the stroller was in-stock and shipped but the car seat was now backordered 2 weeks. I placed several calls to customer service explaining we needed the car seat for our soon ariving baby and each time I was given a later date of when it would arrive. Finally I gave up and found the matching car seat at a much better retailer and called to cancel my order. The customer service reps were all uncaring and incompetent jerks and I would never recommend that anyone do business with them.

"Purchased a new diaper bag from TinyRide and 1 month later no communication and no diaper bag. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service and tried to call them several times (endless hold). What kind of company just blows off their customers without any communication? What a waste of time. "

"Terrible communication, never followed through with their delivery. All items were claimed to be in stock per their website. Promise to deliver in stock items by the next business day are useless because all you get if they fail to deliver is a coupon only good on your next purchase.

Order placed on Oct 11th Wed. For the next 12 days, the status of my order was Pending. Called back a few times, 1st time on Oct 13th and they weren't able to be reached. 2nd time on Oct 16th and they promised to call back the next day with a order/status update (they never did). Called again on Oct 19th and they said it would be delivered late on Fri the 20th but therefore the UPS tracking # would not show up until Mon the 23rd. Called again on the 23rd (12 days after order was made) since website still showed order was Pending. Said they would check with the manufacturer about status of the order. TinyRide actually called back this time to say the manufacturer never got our order. Well what has been going on for the past 12 days!?!?!? Obviously TinyRide did not even take it upon themselves to check this MAJOR oversight?

We cancelled our order. What a waste of time TinyRide was. Do not waste your time with this place.

"Pros:
Located in CA, but they pay sales tax. Free shipping. Fast order processing. Order arrived quickly. Friendly customer service rep.

Cons:
Had to call and request an order confirmation.
They publish their customers' reviews on their web site which I generally ignore. I would find the reviews much more believable if they posted links to other sites (like this one).
