I made frequent calls over the course of 4 days, without getting in touch with anyone. I also sent 2 emails in which I never received a reply. At this point, I have no idea whether the watch will ever be received or if my order will be cancelled. I would never use this seller again and would highly recommend against others using this site as well. "
