"I ordered $4070 worth of tile last fall through Tilebar. The last of three orders arrived in very poor fashion. I ordered 7 boxes of Calacatta Oro 12 x 24 tile. I received 5 boxes of Calacatta, 2 boxes of Calacatta Oro and one box of 18x6 Calacatta. Out of the correct 2 boxes, one box had a broken cracked tile and a tile that was one half of the intended size. It came labeled "fragile, damaged packaging". I recently contacted Tilebar to deal with the error. They said they would happily replace the incorrect boxes, but that they would not replace the half tile, as they have a 5 day window to deal with such things. I have been living and working 2000 miles away, so obviously could not have met this window, even if I had tried, particularly given that I never received a "Order Shipped" email from Tilebar. The amazing thing to me is that each tile costs $25 and Tilebar is willing to lose a customer who spent $4K in tile (and probably would spend another $5K over the next year) over that amount ."

"Overall experience with them was ok and the product was fine. The main issue is that you should order less and than order the difference. Don't buy more (as their website suggests you to do) as they don't pay for return shipping. In addition they charge for restocking fee (15%). In the end you will give up on returning the items as they are very heavy and plus the restocking fee ... you will end up losing money to return the items..."

"Okay, so I don't usually post reviews but my experience with the tile bar was unlike any other. I am a new home owner and I wanted to redo my kitchen, just the backplash to freshen it up. I don't know much about design but I knew what color I wanted. I had seen the tile bars post on Instagram so I was already a fan. I went on their website and searched for blue tile and boy was I surprised by all the options they have! Any tile you can think of or not think of was there. They have this sample deal where you can get 5 samples for five dollars so I picked out my top 5. I got my order two days later -crazy fast, and showed it off to all my family friends (they loved them) and set it against my kitchen wall so I can look at it for a few days. I went with this beautiful blue shiny square tile and wasn't sure what other supplies I needed so I called in and the person who helped me was so sweet! We even went over some other options and she helped me pick out matching grout and everything else I needed. I had some last minute doubts and this girl sat with me on the phone figuring out other possible options and answering al my questions about the different tile but ultimately I chose my original choice. I ordered the stuff. I realized I needed more tiles once my tile was installed so I called back and again I was helped out by this really nice girl who helped me figure out the correct amount and she had it shipped out really fast. My kitchen looks so pretty and I can't wait to start on my bathroom remodel!"

"Selecting and buying tile from TileBar couldn't be easier. I purchased 5 samples for $5. They were delivered within a week. They were good sized - about a 5th of a full tile. After much consideration, we picked a style and measured. I added a bit more to TileBar's recommended 10% overage to cover waste. The tile was delivered within a few days! Just amazing. The tile itself came well packaged. Each tile was individually wrapped in plastic with a sheet of cardboard. Not a single tile was damaged. I assume the individual wrapping was due to the style of tile - many small pieces attached to a mesh backing, but the boxes were also lined with a foam lining that would absorb bumps along the way. The local tile store charged almost 50% more than TileBar and even had additional shipping charges. Even worse, they were estimating a 6 week delivery! You can't beat TileBar's free delivery, same week service, and better pricing. This has been an excellent experience. I'm just amazed how hassle free and fun the whole process was."

Baruch set me up with Mike his brother and their team members to take care of what I needed to exchange. Mike and his team were extremely accommodating in helping me find what I needed, they went above and beyond, they even stayed a little bit passed the warehouse closing in order to help me. They are an excellent team that know their stuff and really care about their customers."
