"Simply horrible. Customer service horrendous - takes money out of account without having the product. Then doesn't begin processing product for delivery until you call (if you wait three weeks? THAT'S when they LOOK AT IT) Then even after apologies and offering free delivery? STILL didn't ship DESPITE HITTING BANK ACCOUNT the day it was ordered which was over three weeks prior!
Customer service reps have zero knowledge and the "supervisors" are even less efficient.
Wouldn't work with them if it was free."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. Service is a misnomer....their reps are clueless. And dont believe ANYTHING they tell you. They will assure you that its ok to order tile and that the matching accent tiles are coming in and then they discontinue them. They wont take the original tile back without charging shipping and restocking fees--even if its their fault for the return. Then they try to get you to buy another accent tile and when they arrive they dont match. And no, they wont take those back either without me paying for shipping and restocking. Their shipping practices are also the worst ever. Aside from taking FOREVER to ship, there are chips in the tiles, missing mosaic pieces etc. I will NEVER buy from them again."
"Be careful! Sold us white subway tile that had no disclaimer that it could not be used with a dark grout. Started our bathroom remodel after 6 weeks of having the tile only to receive an email stating the tile could only be used with white grout. While they refunded for the tile, there was no compensation for the 3 days our contractor fell behind due to removing the tile we purchased and repairing the walls to use new tile. Tile Bar stated they would compensate us for our lost time on the project but then went against their word and stopped responding to emails. Watch out for quality of product and accurate descriptions of product. They claim that the suggested grout was white on the website, but it was not in the description and "suggested" is not the same as "required". Terrible that they won't stand behind a product that delayed our bathroom remodel. Won't purchase from them ever again."
"Your company earns top ratings from me! Your products are unparalleled when shopping for tile; my advise to other customers is to not waste time looking elsewhere. Your selection of tile is amazing, and not only such a wide variety of tile to choose from (ceramic, glass, stone, mosaic, etc) but some of the combination tile sheets available are truly works of art in the way color and texture is mixed with various types of stone and glass. Truly unique and beautiful. Also, my order was shipped the day I ordered it and received two days later, and packed extremely carefully. I am a mosaic artist and had planned to purchase a variety of tiles to build my inventory for my art (which I am excited about) but didn't expect that I would be swayed by my recent order to now also redecorate my bathrooms as well. lol "
