"Do not use this company, I am a pilot, and this company supplies helmets, and other parts. After I recieved my parts, I called the company to tell them they had sent me the wrong mic., I had ordered an electret unamplified, which is small in size, I also ordered a small leather windscrean for the mic., so Tiger must not have had the proper mic. in stock, so they sent a larger one, not what I ordered. My first call was directed to the shipper, he said he would get back to me right away and would get the proper mic sent out. No return call, I wait a day and call back, get a guy that is just beligerant, and tells me I have the proper mic. and there is nothing they will do, I tell him "fine, I will never purchase another thing from you guys". This mic is worth $95.00, and by the time I get it to Canada, with the shipping and the brokerage charges, it is worth about $130.00, not a small price. Buyers beware"
