"I was beginning to think that customer service was dead... Until I purchased a couple of Atheros WiFi adapters for my laptops on Tierratek's web site. I had trouble deciding if they would work for me. Not only did they help me find the right cards for my laptop, they also did some of my research for me to make sure that they would work for my particular situation. I even received prompt help when I made a mistake in shipping in their favor and I received them very quickly.
